Need for home office resolved in a new addition to single family home. Proposed addition located behind existing garage includes office, bike storage and deck. New deck is in the center of most common spaces of the first floor. One story addition gives opportunity to create terrace above, which is accessible from second floor. Existing home was also designed by HCA in 2017. Project is currently in permitting process and finished construction is expected to be by the end of 2020.
