Yorktown Heights - On our drafting board

This is one story addition to split level home in Yorktown Heights, NY. Our client is looking for space with cathedral ceiling and wood burning stove. This space would be for larger family events and entertainment. Currently the project is being priced out. The next step will be the Building Permit, after that we will start posting photos from construction!

INTERIOR ELEVATION - This is the final design - new space with wood burning stove, TV above and stone veneer.

This is initial design, which is not going to be built. A brick veneer surround for wood stove and log storage.
